Welcome to Eating Mediterranean – our new blog series! Over the next month, we’ll be sharing Mediterranean No Grain, Standard and Vegan recipes to help you on your M3 journey or simply to eat clean!


2 avocados, halved and pitted
1 spring onion, finely chopped (¼ cup)
1 tbsp. coarsely chopped coriander
½ mild chili, finely chopped (optional)
½ tbsp. lime juice, or more to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
4-6 celery stalks

Scoop avocado flesh into medium bowl.
Add green onions, coriander, chili, lime juice, and garlic, and mix together with knife.
Stir in tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper, if desired.

Serve with celery sticks.
