AVOCADO AND TUNA SALAD

INGREDIENTS
2 whole avocadoes diced
Juice of a quarter of a medium lemon
1 Lebanese cucumber diced
1 tomato diced
8 Kalamata olives pitted and cut in halves
2 x 90g can of tuna in olive oil (drained)

DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve
chilled.
